HotelBrain offers the option of a full Management Contract based on international practice for absentee landlords, institutional investors and/or those individuals who do not wish to get directly involved in the hotel business as active owners.
In the management contract, the owner of the asset (hotel) assigns full responsibility for the management and administration of the asset to HotelBrain. Usually, the two parties agree on an annual business plan and budget and from that point onwards the management company (HotelBrain) is responsible for every aspect of the hotel business (operations, all agreements with third parties, suppliers, quality assurance, personnel, financial control, accounting, cash flow administration, etc).

Since 2015, the firm has acquired and re-positioned four hotels in Greece, on the islands of Paros, Tinos, Crete and Corfu.
